My Story With High Blood Pressure in Summer – How I Tried to Help Myself Naturally

Before I start, I want to say this is not an advertisement. I only share my personal experience here. I am not a doctor or expert, just a normal man who had problem with high blood pressure, and I tried something that helped me.

☀️ Summer Was Very Hard for Me

I always had a little bit of blood pressure, but in summer, it becomes really worse. The hot weather makes everything more difficult. My head was hurting, my heart beating fast, sometimes I feel dizzy or tired for no reason. And I cannot sleep good at night.

I searched online and many people say that high blood pressure in hot weather is dangerous. It can give heart problems or stroke. I got really scared because sometimes I feel like I will fall down when I stand up.

 

So I decided to try something more natural. I don’t like to take strong medicines if I can avoid it. So I try it.

After 4–5 days, I started to feel small difference. Not big miracle, but something was better. I could sleep more calm, I didn’t have the strong headache like before. My blood pressure was not jumping all the time.

After 1 week, I feel more relaxed. No chest pain, no big dizziness, and I wake up with more energy. I was really happy. I don’t say it cure everything, but it gave me support, especially in the hot days.

Summer is dangerous for people who have high blood pressure. The heat makes heart work more, and this can be serious. Please, don’t stay long time under the sun. Try to stay in cool places, drink water, and eat simple food.

  • Vitamin B6 – calms you and helps brain and blood flow

  • Lemon balm – relaxes and helps to breathe easier

  • Hawthorn – for heart rhythm and to reduce stress
